Somerset-based wedding photographer, Jake Beamson, prides himself on capturing those intimate and emotional wedding day moments. Jake fully understands the personal significance of wedding photographs, always striving to produce these beautiful and unique images which couples will be cherished and by their family and friends, for years to come.

Jake presents a range of collections which appeal to different budgets and requirements, also giving brides and grooms the chance to create their own collection to be priced accordingly plus Payment plans are available too. Jake's flexibility doesn't stop there - as a young photographer, he understands the importance of meeting the couple's needs and is extremely attentive to any specific photographic wishes.

About

Jake discovered his aptitude for wedding photography at just ten years of age, and by twelve was winning adult landscape photographic competitions. By the time he was fourteen his music photography was being published, and at seventeen he undertook work experience with a local professional who duly inspired his passion for wedding photography. After working as a second photographer for other companies, he decided it was time to establish his own business, which subsequently proved an enormously successful venture, and he now operates Jake Beamson Photography from Langport on the Somerset Levels.

The Photos

Jake strives to create fun, fresh and original images, whilst at the same time always adhering to the requests of each bride and groom. He draws on his wealth of photographic experience to bring his own suggestions to the table, but essentially leaves the photographic choices down to the couple. He loves to make use of natural light and recognises the need to concentrate on emotional and intimate moments for perfect wedding photos.

Jake uses the finest Italian hand-made leather albums, which represent the perfect way to showcase your wedding gallery.

Collections

Jake has three graduated Collections to offer, which are priced between £700 and £2300. Each Wedding Collection includes:-

  • Either one or two photographers
  • A beautiful Italian wedding album
  • Coverage from bridal preparations to First Dance

In Collection Three your wedding-day coverage extends to the end of the evening festivity and includes many extras such as parent albums, and much, much more.

Jake offers an engagement shoot which includes a 2 or 3-hour session set in a location of the couple's choice, an A3-mounted photograph and final images presented in a hand-crafted book.
